About the Role We're looking for an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual processes across healthcare, real estate, hospitality, and professional services. You'll work at the intersection of AI/ML, workflow automation, and business process design. What You'll Do Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, and custom integrations Build and deploy AI voice agents, chatbots, and document processing pipelines Integrate AI solutions with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce), EHR platforms, and business tools Develop RAG architectures, prompt engineering systems, and LLM orchestration workflows Ensure HIPAA, PHIPA, and GDPR compliance in healthcare automation projects Collaborate with clients to map business processes and identify automation opportunities Monitor, test, and optimize deployed automations for performance and reliability Nice to Have Experience with healthcare compliance (HIPAA) RAG architecture and vector database experience GoHighLevel platform knowledge Experience with voice AI platforms (VAPI, Retell, ElevenLabs) Compensation $95,000 – $140,000 base salary (depending on experience) Remote-first culture Growth equity potential at a scaling AI company Curious about the AI automation engineer career path?
