Content Editor

We are looking for a skilled Content Editor to manage and lead our team of content writers. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language and be knowledgeable in AI content writing tools, digital marketing, and search engine optimization best practices. The Content Editor will be responsible for overseeing the quality and consistency of content produced by our team of writers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of content writers to produce high-quality, engaging content that meets client requirements and company standards.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and style.
• Develop and maintain content guidelines to ensure consistency across all content produced.
• Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and meets best practices for SEO.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop content strategies that align with client goals.
• Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in content creation and optimization.
• Provide regular feedback to writers on their work and help them improve their writing skills.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience as a content editor or similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with AI content writing tools.
• Ability to manage and lead a team of content writers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
