This role is crucial for sourcing top-tier talent across a variety of engineering disciplines, not limited to A.I, Machine Learning, and Data Science, but encompassing the full spectrum of technology and engineering roles. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building, maintaining strong networks with candidates to understand their career aspirations and effectively match them with the ideal client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of technology and engineering positions.
• Employ diverse sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent across all technology and engineering disciplines.
• Engage in salary negotiations and facilitate interview processes, serving as the primary contact between candidates and clients.
• Perform initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, focusing on a variety of tech and engineering roles.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends across the technology and engineering landscape.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates, understanding their aspirations to connect them with suitable client opportunities.

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, with a strong background in hiring for various technology and engineering roles.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with candidates on a personal level to understand their career goals.
• Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment tools and resources.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client requirements efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
