About the Role

We're looking for an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual processes across healthcare, real estate, hospitality, and professional services. You'll work at the intersection of AI/ML, workflow automation, and business process design.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, and custom integrations
  • Build and deploy AI voice agents, chatbots, and document processing pipelines
  • Integrate AI solutions with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce), EHR platforms, and business tools
  • Develop RAG architectures, prompt engineering systems, and LLM orchestration workflows
  • Ensure HIPAA, PHIPA, and GDPR compliance in healthcare automation projects
  • Collaborate with clients to map business processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Monitor, test, and optimize deployed automations for performance and reliability

  • Experience with healthcare compliance (HIPAA)
  • RAG architecture and vector database experience

  • Experience with voice AI platforms (VAPI, Retell, ElevenLabs)

Compensation

  • $95,000 – $140,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or Power Automate)
  • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js
  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini)
  • Understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
